concepts: Shield and helicopter rotor

As I had said with the previous picture one of the functions could be to use the umbrella weapon as a shield due to some hyper advanced ancient neva'rip oil paper. The segments can also close in together and form helicopter rotor blades for a quick get away. the cap at the center is extremely strong and concealed within it is a hatch that opens up so the gadgetry on the inside can be used.

Basically think of The Penguin's umbrellas but with an Asian theme.
